Pulled Pork Slider

I came across pulled pork recipe online when I was getting ideas for party recipes.  We have been hosting a lot of parties lately; this is of course THE recipe for feeding tons of people.

Ingredients:
2lb Pork Shoulder, trim off fat
1 large Yellow Onion
~6oz Ginger Ale
1/2 cup Sweet and Bourbon BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Plum Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Hot Chili Paste or Sriracha
Hawaiian Roll or Dinner Roll

Directions:
1.       Slice onion and line the bottom of the crock pot.
2.      In a bowl, mix together Ginger ale and BBQ sauces.
3.      Place in the pork shoulder and cover it with the rest of the onion, and pour in the liquid mix. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
4.      After 8 hours, remove and shred the meat, drain out all liquid and leave the onions in there.
5.      Return the shredded meat on the crock pot, stir in the BBQ sauces, and continue to cook for another 2 hours on Low.
6.      Serve on Hawaiian roll or dinner roll.
